Nutrition planning and advice

If you want to be fitter, leaner,stronger and lose weight, understanding nutrition and your personal dietary requirements is really important. Exercise and training alone will not see you achieve your optimum levels of fitness. The two must be combined to ensure effective results.

Custom Fitness, Lincoln based Personal Trainers can work with you to identify the optimum eating plan that will work for your body. If you want to lose weight or enhance your physical performance we will work on a nutrition plan with you. We are all unique and a diet that works for one client won't necessarily work for another. The eating plan we design for you will be bespoke.

We don't try and get you to follow 'fad' diets either. We believe in long term results and not short terms fixes that are often difficult for maintain for any length of time.

Our recommended approach to a healthy lifestyle is a combination of personal training and nutrition advice and planning. However if you are just looking for nutritional advice we will work with you to create a plan that works for you.

How do we do it?

We will ask you to keep an honest food diary over a period of time, discuss your eating habits, life style and work commitments and also look at your body composition. We will then develop a recommended eating plan for you and work with you to ensure it is delivering results.

Changing your eating habits can make a real difference – you may find you have more energy, feel happier and lose weight.
